The Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Development acknowledges grants and financial support offered by affiliate institutions for advance research and innovations.

The President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Science and Engineering Graduate Scholarship (PGMASEGS) is aimed at   improving the scientific and engineering human resources of the country in pursuit of the President’s desire to make the country a major player in the global economy.

The S&T Agenda is organized by the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCARRD), Department of Science and Technology (DOST).  It aims to provide the directions that will enable the agriculture, forestry and natural resources (AFNR) sectors to flourish as envisioned under Philippine Agriculture 2020.The S&T Agenda provides areas where the University could conduct R&D, particularly in the areas of knowledge and technology generation.  Proposals following the required DOST format (DOST Capsule R&D Proposals) may be submitted for possible PCARRD and DOST funding.
